Router Settings

Make sure that UPnP or NAT-PMP is enabled and supported by your router. Most modern router do support this feature.

If Screens Connect shows a "UPnP or NAT-PMP is not enabled on your router" message, fill-in the form below to initiate a Google search to help you enable the required services on your router:

Screen Sharing

Make sure it is enabled (System Preferences → Sharing) and properly configured.

Remote Login/SSH

If you enable «Use SSH tunneling» in Screens Connect, you need to enable «Remote Login» in System Preferences → Sharing
